This is an agreement made between you and DonutSMP Terminal ("we" or "us") and our software ("the Software") which is made available to end users at the website www.donutsmpterminal.com ("the Website", which term shall include any mirror site or future incarnation of such site). The Software shall include any updates or fixes thereof. The Software enables the user to access the features of the Website and, in the case of our "Premium" edition, to unlock additional features of the Website (which features will change from time to time).
BY ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE SOFTWARE (WHETHER THE FREE VERSION OR THE "PREMIUM" EDITION) YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS.

All text, images, user interfaces, video media, artwork, computer code (including but not limited to HTML, JavaScript) and CSS (collectively known as "Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, and general "look and feel" of the DonutSMP Terminal website, together with all pricing data, historical pricing records, farm datasets, crafting datasets, and other compiled data published on the Website, is owned by or licensed to DonutSMP Terminal, and is protected by various intellectual property, copyright, and database laws.
Except as otherwise declared within these Terms of Use, no part of the DonutSMP Terminal website may be copied, reproduced, republished, posted, uploaded, or otherwise duplicated on any other computer, server or website for commercial enterprise, without the prior written consent of DonutSMP Terminal.
All pricing data and statistics published on the Website are estimates derived from in-game market activity on the DonutSMP Minecraft server. The in-game economy changes continuously and data may lag, contain errors, or be unreliable, particularly for low-volume items. ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS", FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We accept no liability for in-game losses, unprofitable trades, wasted builds, or any decision made in reliance on the Website.
Your use of the DonutSMP Terminal website
We grant you the non-exclusive right to use the Software via your DonutSMP Terminal account. You are hereby authorised to utilise the Software to access the Website and its features.
This licence is personal to you and you may not share, sub-licence, assign or dispose of the benefit of this licence or of any part of the Software to any other person.
You are limited to one account per person, which does not include the use of multiple sign-in identities or email addresses to create multiple accounts, or the bypassing of restrictions, promotions, or referral rules by use of a proxy service or VPN.
Any breach of the terms of this licence or any termination, suspension or expiry of your user account accessing the Website ("User Account") shall be deemed to automatically revoke the rights granted to you hereunder with immediate effect and without further notice.
We reserve the right to filter traffic and/or disable your account when connecting from certain ISPs and VPN providers.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted hereunder.
Intellectual property and restricted activities
You may not copy, alter, reverse engineer or disassemble the Software for any purpose, or use the Software to create any other software or publish any specifications designed to enable others to do the same.
You may not use any "robot", "spider", "scraper", "deep-link" or any other program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, monitor or reproduce the whole or any part of the DonutSMP Terminal website or any Content contained therein, or in any way circumvent the navigational structure of the DonutSMP Terminal website or any Content, or to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials not purposely made available through the DonutSMP Terminal website. DonutSMP Terminal reserves the right to bar any such activity and/or ban users or Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses from the DonutSMP Terminal website.
Data obtained from the DonutSMP Terminal website by any means cannot be used in any public-facing tool that could be seen as a competitor to us. This includes, but is not limited to, all historical pricing data. We will seek legal remediation if necessary.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion or feature of the DonutSMP Terminal website not made specifically available to the general public, including the "Premium" edition without an active subscription, or any part of any system connected to the DonutSMP Terminal website, by hacking, password "mining", or any other illegitimate means.
You may not probe, scan or test the security systems or vulnerability of the DonutSMP Terminal website or any part of any network connected to it, nor breach any security, encryption or authentication measures employed on the Website. You may not use any part of the Website to retrieve or attempt to retrieve any personal information pertaining to any other user of or visitor to the Website.
Accounts and security
Authentication on the DonutSMP Terminal website is provided by Google and Microsoft sign-in. We do not receive, process, or store your password at any time. Upon registration we receive only the basic account identifier and email address shared by your chosen sign-in provider.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of the Google or Microsoft account used to access the Website, and for all activity that occurs under your User Account. You agree to notify DonutSMP Terminal immediately of any unauthorised activity or use of your account, or any other breach of your account's security. You may not use anyone else's DonutSMP Terminal User Account at any time without the express permission and consent of said account owner.
You may request to delete your DonutSMP Terminal account by contacting donutsmpterminalsupport@gmail.com. Records associated with billing may be retained after deletion where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
Subscription & refund policy for "Premium" edition
If you wish to subscribe to our "Premium" edition of the Software you agree to pay to us a subscription fee (currently $4 per month or $28 per year, as selected at checkout) in accordance with our payment procedures, whereupon this licence shall extend to the use of the "Premium" edition for so long as you subscribe. All payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are handled by the payment gateway and are not stored or processed by our servers. Prices and features may change from time to time; changes take effect at your next renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page, whereupon this licence shall extend only to the free version of the Software at the end of the period already paid. You are responsible for managing your own subscription, and for security purposes, it is not the responsibility of staff to cancel on your behalf. Renewal charges occurring before cancellation are valid and final.
ALL SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Without limitation, no refund or credit shall be provided in respect of: partial or unused subscription periods; failure to cancel before a renewal date; dissatisfaction with the Software or its features; changes to the Website's features, data, or the in-game economy; periods during which you did not use the Software; or termination of your User Account for breach of these Terms.
The "Premium" edition is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment. By subscribing, you expressly request and consent to immediate performance and access, and to the extent permitted by applicable law you acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" cancellation that would otherwise apply to the purchase of digital services in your jurisdiction.
If you believe a charge constitutes a genuine billing error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge occurring after confirmed cancellation), you must contact us at donutsmpterminalsupport@gmail.com within thirty (30) days of the charge, and you agree to allow us reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed on valid charges in breach of this section may result in the immediate and permanent termination of your User Account.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any right granted to you by applicable consumer law that cannot be waived by agreement; where such a right requires a refund, any such refund shall be limited to the minimum required by law.
Promotional codes and discounts are offered at our sole discretion, may be limited, modified, or withdrawn at any time including in cases of abuse, and have no cash value. In the event that the Software is discontinued for any reason we will notify you via your User Account and cease all further renewal charges.
Creator sponsorship & referrals
We may from time to time operate sponsorship and referral arrangements with content creators, including referral links and promotional codes. Referral attribution is performed by technical, browser-based means; we make reasonable efforts to attribute qualifying signups but do not warrant attribution in all circumstances. Any abuse of the referral scheme, including self-referral, automated or fraudulent signups, or code farming, shall void any related benefit and may result in termination of the associated User Accounts.
Links to other websites
The DonutSMP Terminal website may contain hyperlinks to other independent third-party websites ("Linked Sites"). These Linked Sites are provided solely as a convenience to our users. Such Linked Sites are not affiliated with DonutSMP Terminal and are outside our control; we therefore take no responsibility for the content contained in any Linked Sites and do not endorse any content or activity related to them. Your interaction with any Linked Sites is entirely independent of DonutSMP Terminal.
Third-party trademarks and attributions
"Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios. "DonutSMP" and related names are the property of their respective owners.
This website is in no way affiliated with, authorised, maintained, sponsored or endorsed by DonutSMP or its staff, Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries.
Cookie policy
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement to analyse the use of this website and the effectiveness of our advertising. These services generate statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies and similar identifiers, which are stored on users' devices. The information generated relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of the website. Google will store and use this information subject to Google's privacy policy.
We use cookies and session data to identify your browser and maintain your signed-in session. We use localStorage for functional purposes including saved items, calculator inputs, referral attribution (retained for up to thirty days), and the prevention of duplicate analytics events. You may clear or block cookies and localStorage via your browser settings; certain features of the Website may cease to function as a result.
Privacy policy
Your privacy is a priority at DonutSMP Terminal. The Website is designed to collect the minimum information necessary to operate. We will not pass on your personal details to any third party except the service providers listed below, who process data on our behalf, or where we are required to do so by law. We will not sell, rent, or trade your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties. We do not operate third-party advertising networks on the Website.

• Cloudflare: provides security, content delivery, and traffic filtering for the Website, and may process IP addresses and request logs for these purposes. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
• Our website hosting provider: provides the infrastructure on which the Website operates.
What Personal Information we collect
Upon registration with DonutSMP Terminal for a User Account we receive your basic account identifier and email address from your chosen sign-in provider (Google or Microsoft). We do not receive or store your password.
If you subscribe to the "Premium" edition, we store your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials.
Usage information (pages visited, approximate city-level location, device type, and acquisition source) is collected via the analytics services described in the Cookie policy. IP addresses and request logs may be processed by our infrastructure providers for security purposes.
Why we collect Personal Information
We collect this information for the purpose of providing you with (and administering) the use of the Website and its services, whether for payment or free of charge; processing subscriptions; attributing creator referrals; measuring and improving the Website; preventing fraud and abuse of accounts, promotions, and referral schemes; and complying with legal obligations.
How do we protect your information?
All credit card information and transactions are processed through a payment gateway provider and are not stored or processed by our servers. All traffic to the Website is encrypted via HTTPS. Personal information held by us is limited by design: passwords and payment credentials never enter our systems. Access to the information we do hold is restricted.
