Killing withers for nether stars is an endgame DonutSMP method that pairs with a wither skeleton farm. Spawn the wither inside a bedrock cage so it cannot move, then hit it with a Smite V netherite sword. With skulls bought from orders, the terminal subtracts three skulls and four soul sand per star so the figure is net. Nether stars feed the beacon market and sell to orders and the auction house alike, and every kill drops a burst of XP.

How to do it
What you need
Wither Skeleton Skull
Soul Sand- Smite V netherite sword
- Golden apples
- Buy or farm three wither skeleton skulls and four soul sand.
- Spawn the wither in a bedrock cage, the End portal frame or the nether roof, so it cannot move.
- Hit it with a Smite V netherite sword until it dies.
- Sell the nether star to orders or /ah, it feeds the beacon market.
